I was new to using Wordpress, and Bluehost was able to provide my site with 1-click installs of everything I needed to get the site up and running. It has been 2 years now, and I have never had any downtime or issues of any kind. I would highly recommend Bluehost. Since that time I have also signed up a number of my clients through their service, and all are just as happy with them.

I am currently hosting about 10 websites with Bluehost. As with any company you are going to have some problems. I have only had a couple of times where I have had to threaten to take my business else where for them to get their act together. I would recommend them to people that want to host a fun site. All my "mission critical" sites are hosted on dedicated servers.
